Alana launched McKinsey’s New Venture group and corporate-VC practice, founded the geospatial-analytics company OMNI and the digital wealth management company Eve Wealth (acquired in 2023), and invests across personalized health. Her own health journey shapes Picardo’s focus on proactive, data-driven care.
