Thyroglobulin Antibody and Thyroglobulin, IMA or RIA Labcorp test 042060

This test measures thyroglobulin, a protein produced by thyroid cells, along with antibodies that can attach to that protein. It is primarily used for patients who have had their thyroid gland surgically removed to check if any thyroid tissue or cancer cells remain in the body.
