Product help & FAQ

Single reference for what Picardo does, how to use it, answers to common questions, fixes for typical issues, and how to reach support.

Product features

Picardo is a medical dashboard that helps you understand your health by combining lab results, daily metrics, and guided insights in one place. The following reflects the current product direction; specifics may evolve between releases.

Unified health dashboard

See your status by body system with clear summaries and trends. Historical labs and connected data are organized so you can spot changes over time, not just single snapshots.

Wholesale lab testing

Order blood tests at transparent prices and complete your draw at home or through partner locations. Results are parsed into your dashboard with interpretations and alerts when values move outside expected ranges.

Biomarkers and trends

Upload past results or track new ones. Charts and history help you and your care team see direction of travel—not only whether a value was in range on one day.

Vitals and wearables

Connect sources such as Apple Health to bring in weight, heart rate variability, blood pressure, sleep, and activity. Choose time ranges to review progress across days, months, or years.

AI health companion

Ask questions in plain language about your labs, medications, supplements, and goals. The assistant is designed to work with your full context in Picardo—not generic advice disconnected from your data.

Goals and plans

Set health goals and track progress with summaries and suggested actions grounded in your latest results and metrics.

Security and privacy

Picardo is built for HIPAA-aligned handling of health data on encrypted infrastructure. You control what you share; we do not sell your health data to third parties for advertising.

For setup steps, see Getting started.

Getting started

This guide covers the main steps to start using Picardo. Replace any screen names with the labels you see in the current app if they differ.

1. Create an account and sign in

  1. Open the Picardo web app from app.picardo.health (or the link provided by your organization).
  2. Complete sign-up using the supported identity option (e.g. Google).
  3. Verify your email or any additional steps shown in the product—required for account recovery and security notices.

2. Complete your profile

Add basic information the product asks for (such as date of birth and relevant health context). Accurate profile data improves interpretations and safety of recommendations.

3. Connect Apple Health (optional)

  1. In Picardo, open settings or the vitals section.
  2. Follow the prompts to connect Apple Health.
  3. Grant the categories you want to sync (e.g. sleep, heart rate, activity).

If you use another platform, check the in-app integrations list—availability depends on the current release.

4. Add or order labs

  1. To upload existing PDF or structured results, use the import or upload flow in the biomarkers or labs area.
  2. To order new tests, pick a panel or build a custom order, schedule collection, and complete your draw as instructed.
  3. When results arrive, they should appear in your dashboard automatically; allow up to the timeframe stated at checkout for processing.

5. Explore the dashboard and AI companion

  • Review body-system summaries and grades where shown.
  • Open individual biomarkers to see ranges, history, and notes.
  • Use the AI companion for questions about your data; treat outputs as educational and confirm important decisions with a clinician.

6. Set goals

Create one or more goals aligned with your plan. Picardo can surface progress and suggested actions based on connected data and labs.

Troubleshooting

Try these steps before contacting support. If the problem persists, email us with the details listed under Contact support.

I cannot sign in

  • Confirm you are using the same sign-in method you used at registration.
  • Clear browser cookies for the app domain or try a private window.
  • If your organization uses SSO or invite-only access, confirm your account is provisioned.

Apple Health data is not syncing

  • On iPhone: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Picardo—ensure permissions are enabled for the metrics you expect.
  • Disconnect and reconnect the integration from Picardo settings.
  • Allow several hours for backfill; large histories can take time to appear.

Lab results are missing or delayed

  • Check the estimated turnaround shown on your order.
  • Ensure the sample was collected and processed—status updates may appear in the app or email.
  • If your panel includes reflex or additional testing, timing can extend.
  • If the window has passed, contact support with your order identifier.

Uploaded files did not parse

  • Use a clear PDF from your lab provider when possible.
  • If parsing fails, try a different file or enter key values manually if the product offers that path.
  • Send the file to support if the format should be supported.

Something looks wrong in my dashboard

  • Verify units and reference ranges shown for each biomarker.
  • Check that duplicate results are not from overlapping uploads.
  • For clinical concerns, discuss results with a qualified professional— Picardo does not replace medical advice.
